Choose the Right Plan

Ongoing WordPress Care or a One-Time Fix?

A care plan keeps a working website maintained every month. A one-time task suits a specific problem, such as a hacked site or a single repair.

01

Monthly WordPress Care Plan

For businesses that want their WordPress site updated, backed up, monitored and supported without managing it themselves.

Best when

  • Nobody on your team owns website updates
  • Your site brings in leads, bookings or sales
  • You want small edits handled without new quotes

Outcome: A covered website with scheduled updates, daily backups, monitoring and a clear route for support requests.

Choose a Care Plan
02

One-Time WordPress Task

For a specific issue that needs fixing now, such as malware, a broken feature or a failed update.

Best when

  • Your site has been hacked or flagged
  • A plugin or update broke an important page
  • You only need help once

Outcome: A fixed, tested website and a recommendation on whether ongoing care makes sense afterwards.

Why Care Plans Matter

What Happens When Nobody Looks After a WordPress Site

WordPress is reliable when it is maintained. Most problems come from skipped updates, missing backups or nobody watching the site.

Find the Right Plan

Plugins Fall Out of Date

Old plugins are the most common way WordPress sites get hacked. Every plan includes regular, tested updates.

Backups Are Missing or Old

Many site owners only discover their backups failed after something breaks. Every plan includes daily backups.

The Site Goes Down Unnoticed

Downtime can last days before anyone sees it. Uptime monitoring alerts us so we can act quickly.

Malware Cleanup Costs Extra

A hack is stressful and expensive to fix alone. Business and Priority plans include malware cleanup.

Small Edits Wait for Weeks

Changing text or an image should not need a new project. Business and Priority plans include monthly edit time.

Pages Get Slower Over Time

New plugins and images add weight. The Priority plan includes speed optimization to keep pages fast.

What Each Plan Covers

Everything Included in Our WordPress Care Plans

Plans cover one WordPress website each. Agencies managing many client sites can use our white-label maintenance service instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

WordPress Care Plan FAQs

Answers about pricing, coverage, backups, edits and cancelling.

What is a WordPress care plan?

A WordPress care plan is a monthly service that keeps your website updated, backed up, monitored and supported. Instead of handling maintenance yourself, a team looks after it on a schedule and fixes problems when they appear.

How much do your WordPress care plans cost?

Plans cost $49 per month for Essential, $99 per month for Business and $199 per month for Priority. Prices are per website and billed monthly in US dollars.

Is malware cleanup included?

Yes, on the Business and Priority plans. If the site is already infected when you join, we clean it as a one-time task during onboarding, then the plan keeps it protected.

What counts as an edit?

Edits are small content and layout changes, such as updating text, swapping images or adjusting a section. New pages with new designs, features and integrations are quoted separately.

Can you maintain a site another developer built?

Yes. The onboarding review checks hosting, plugins, theme and custom code. If something needs fixing before routine care can start, we tell you first.

Do you host the website?

No. You keep your current hosting and accounts. We work with most WordPress hosts and note any hosting limits during onboarding.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. Plans run month to month and can be cancelled with notice before the next billing date. Your site, backups you hold and accounts stay yours.

Do you offer care plans for agencies?

Yes. Agencies managing several client sites can use our white-label WordPress maintenance service, with unbranded reports and requests handled through the agency.
