Accessibility Statement
How Attors Technologies approaches website accessibility, the features available to visitors and how to report a barrier or request information.
Our approach
We want people with different abilities, devices and ways of browsing to be able to understand our services and contact us. Accessibility is part of our website development and review process. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference for improvements, but this statement is not a certification or a claim that every page meets every WCAG requirement.
Using the website
- Use the keyboard to move through navigation, links and form controls. A skip link provides a route to the main content.
- Visible labels identify form fields, and validation messages explain information that needs attention.
- Text can be enlarged using browser zoom, and layouts adapt to smaller screens.
- Carousel controls allow manual navigation; the homepage hero includes a pause control.
- Reduced-motion preferences are considered in the website’s interaction styles.
These measures support access but do not replace testing with the particular devices and assistive technologies people use.
Limitations and technical requirements
Some interactive features require JavaScript. We have not completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit across every page, browser and assistive-technology combination. Problems may remain, particularly as content and interactive features change. We do not claim that all external websites or linked documents are accessible, and we cannot control their implementation.
If an interaction, image, document or form prevents you from getting information, contact us directly. You do not need to complete the website form to report a problem or make a service enquiry.
Report a barrier or request information
Email [email protected] or call +92 309 9867390. It helps to include:
- The page address and what you were trying to do.
- What stopped you from completing the task.
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it.
- The format or contact method that would help you access the information.
You do not need to disclose a medical condition. We will review the issue and discuss a practical next step or alternative way to provide the information. We do not promise a fixed resolution time because the work needed will depend on the problem. Information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ongoing review
Our reviews consider keyboard access, focus visibility, semantic structure, text alternatives, colour contrast, responsive layouts and motion. This statement will be updated when there are material changes to the website or the information available about its accessibility.
