Choose the Support You Need

Content Planning or Managed Social Channels?

Organic social media helps people understand and engage with your business without paying for each placement. Choose the support level that fits your internal content and publishing capacity.

01

Strategy and Content Support

A focused engagement for teams that can manage their channels but need clearer themes, creative direction or production support.

Best when

  • Your team can publish and answer messages
  • Content lacks a consistent direction
  • A launch needs a coordinated content plan

Outcome: Approved content themes, format guidance and the scoped assets your team needs to publish with confidence.

Plan Your Social Content
02

Ongoing Social Media Management

Recurring support for agreed content production, scheduling, channel checks and community responses.

Best when

  • Publishing is inconsistent
  • Approvals and responses need clear ownership
  • You need reporting to guide future content

Outcome: A maintained publishing calendar with a defined approval process, response boundaries and review schedule.

Common Channel Problems

When Social Activity Becomes Hard to Maintain

The aim is a useful, sustainable presence. We connect each content or workflow problem to a practical change your team can approve.

Review Your Social Channels

Posts Lack a Clear Purpose

A feed can be active without explaining the business. We give content themes a defined audience question and next step.

The Brand Changes Between Posts

Inconsistent visuals and tone make recognition harder. Approved templates and editorial guidance keep communication coherent.

Publishing Depends on Last-Minute Ideas

Rushed requests slow production. We prepare a calendar around available assets, real offers and review deadlines.

Messages Have No Response Owner

Customer questions can go unanswered. We define response categories and route sensitive issues to the correct business contact.

Every Channel Gets the Same Post

Formats and audience expectations differ. We adapt scoped content for the channels selected rather than copying blindly.

Reports Focus Only on Followers

Follower totals alone do not explain value. We review relevant engagement, visits and enquiries where tracking is available.

Social Media Scope

What Our Social Media Management Includes

Your agreement names the channels, formats, posting volume and response coverage. Paid placements, on-location filming and customer-service operations are separately scoped.

What Your Team Receives

Deliverables are agreed around the channels you can support consistently. Approval records and usable assets matter as much as the calendar itself.

Timeline Factors

The setup schedule depends on profile access, brand guidance and asset availability. Recurring calendars also need realistic review deadlines and lead time for any new production.

Project Cost Factors

Channel count, post formats, production volume, response coverage and reporting needs affect cost. Paid advertising, filming and additional design projects are identified separately.

A Content Approval Contact

Choose someone who can confirm offers, correct factual details and provide consolidated feedback before posts are scheduled.

Final Scope Confirmation

Your agreement records post quantities, formats, revisions, publishing responsibilities, coverage and what happens to unused or delayed content.

Frequently Asked Questions

Social Media Marketing FAQs

Answers about content, publishing, permissions and the boundaries of channel management.

Which social media channels can you manage?

We select channels around your audience and content capacity, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn where appropriate. The proposal lists the exact profiles, supported formats and account access needed. A channel is included only when its requirements are confirmed.

How many posts will you publish?

Posting volume is agreed in your scope. It depends on content quality, formats, available assets and review capacity. We do not promise a fixed package or frequency before understanding what your team can support.

Do you create photos and videos?

The content scope identifies whether we use supplied assets, licensed imagery, designed graphics or separately commissioned production. On-location photography, filming and specialist editing are not automatically included. The source and intended use of assets are agreed before production.

Can we approve posts before they go live?

Yes. An approval process is agreed before publishing begins. It identifies the decision-maker, feedback deadlines and what happens if content is not approved in time. Sensitive announcements can have additional review steps.

Do you answer comments and direct messages?

Routine community responses can be included with defined coverage and an approved response guide. Complaints, customer account issues and sensitive questions are escalated to your contact. This is not an automatic round-the-clock customer support service.

Is paid social advertising included?

No, paid campaign management and media spend are separately scoped. Organic publishing and paid advertising can share messaging, but campaign targeting, budgets and conversion tracking require a distinct plan.

Can you guarantee followers or viral posts?

No. Audience growth and distribution depend on content, competition and platform behavior. We focus on relevant communication, consistent management and evidence from the agreed channels, without buying followers or promising viral reach.

Who owns our accounts and completed content?

Your business retains ownership of its profiles. The agreement defines delivery of completed assets and any restrictions from licensed fonts, imagery or tools. Collaborator permissions can be removed when the engagement ends.
