Overview
Attors Technologies is hiring a QA Engineer to own the quality of the websites, online stores and web applications we deliver for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. You will plan and run structured testing before every release, report issues clearly, and help us expand automated testing across our projects.
Key responsibilities
- Review requirements and designs, and write test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria for each project.
- Carry out functional, regression, cross-browser and responsive testing on websites, WooCommerce and Shopify stores, and web applications.
- Test forms, checkout flows, payment gateways, integrations and email notifications end to end.
- Check accessibility (WCAG 2.1), performance and Core Web Vitals, and on-page SEO elements before launch.
- Log clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, screenshots and expected results, and verify fixes.
- Build and maintain automated end-to-end tests for critical user journeys.
- Run pre-launch and post-launch checks, including redirects and tracking after website migrations.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in software or web quality assurance.
- Strong manual testing skills across browsers, devices and screen sizes.
- Experience writing test cases and managing defects in Jira, ClickUp or a similar tool.
- Hands-on experience with an automation framework such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and browser developer tools for investigating issues.
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman or a similar tool.
- Excellent attention to detail and clear written English.
Nice to have
- Experience testing WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify websites.
- Experience with Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights or accessibility tools such as axe.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent training.
