Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner. All content supplied by the client must be owned or legally licensed for use.
Project timelines may be affected if required materials or approvals are delayed.
Ongoing maintenance or support is provided only when included in an active agreement. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party updates, unauthorized modifications, hosting failures, or external services.
Attors Technologies is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruptions. Any liability related to provided services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
All confidential information shared during a project is treated with care and will not be disclosed to third parties, except when required by law or agreed upon in writing.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, work completed up to the termination date must be paid for. Attors Technologies is not obligated to deliver unfinished work after termination.
